1. Is there a discount if I buy more tickets?
Yes, there is. If you are going with a large group, we recommend the Group Tickets rate which has a minimum of 20 tickets. Tickets under this tier are only $10.00 each per day. However, if you want to avail of the Corporate Rate, please send us an email HERE.
2. Will there be ticket discounts?
Yes, there are. You can check our discounted ticket rates for special holidays HERE.
Seniors will automatically receive discounts on their tickets. All they need is to present an ID buy the discounted ticket.
3. Is there a package ticket rate if I want to attend all days of the show?
Yes, there is a discounted package rate if you will be buying tickets for 5 days. Please send us an email HERE for more info.
4. I bought my ticket online and I can’t attend the event anymore, can my friend use it instead?
Tickets are non-transferable since your name is registered in our database. We recommend that your friend purchase a ticket instead.
5. What if I lost something, where can I find it?
Don’t worry if you lost something at the event venue. You can click HERE to check if it is uploaded to the venue’s Lost and Found page.
6. I can’t find the ticket confirmation email, can you help me?
If you didn’t receive the email for ticket confirmation, you can click HERE so we can resend it to you. Just make sure the email you registered with us is active and can receive new incoming email.
7. What are other facilities are there in the venue that we can rent?
There are several services at the venue that can make your stay comfortable for a fee. You can check the Guest Services for the following services available.
If you want to check in your coats, they have a storage area with a $5 fee for every coat.
Wheelchairs are available for rent at $20 while scooters are available for $50. Both can be used during your stay at the venue.
