Move In
Monday, January 11 through Thursday, January 14. Exact move-in times and which truck door to use will be assigned according to your display location, about 30 days before the show.
Move Out
5:00 PM to 10 PM after the show Sunday, January 24 and 8AM to Noon Monday, January 25. Everything must be out of the building by Noon Monday as Sam's Club begins their move-in at Noon. Nothing will be allowed to leave the Show before 5 PM on Sunday.
Directions
From the East: Take I-70 west, then ALT 70 West to the Broadway exit (Exit 2S).
From the West: Take I-70 east to I-635 east to the Central Street exit.
From the South (Kansas side): Take I-35 north to the Broadway exit.
From the South (Missouri side): Take 71 Highway north, and merge onto ALT 70 & I-670 West via the exit on the left toward Kansas, take the Broadway exit (Exit 2S).
From the North: Take I-35 south across the MO river bridge. Follow I-35 south staying to the East of the downtown buildings. Take the Broadway exit (Exit 2S).
Dock Pull-Up
We use all three dock doors (North, West and South) to enter the building for move-in and move-out. You will be assigned a dock door depending on the location of your exhibit space. Here are directions to each dock door:
North Dock Door: drive north on Broadway to 14th street and turn right (east) on 14th Street to Central, turn left (north). Turn left on to the North Dock just before you reach 12th Street. There is a curving ramp on the West side of the dock that leads up onto the dock level, and a door at the top to enter the building.
South Dock Door: drive south on Broadway along the side of Bartle Hall. Turn left (east) on 16th Street, and immediately left again into the South Dock loading area.
West Dock Door: this door is located in a separate small building on the west side of Broadway and connected to Bartle Hall with an enclosed bridge. Driving north or south on Broadway, turn West onto the southbound I-35 entrance ramp. Just before getting onto the highway, take the small driveway on the right that leads up to the west dock loading area.
