Are group discounts available?

Yes, for groups of 20 or more, by mail only, purchased at least two weeks in advance. Call 816-931-4686 or email prp@kc.rr.com.

Where is parking and how much does it cost?

Parking is available all around Bartle Hall. There are some city owned lots and some private lots. The cost is about $5 to $10 depending on the lot. Click here for a parking lot map. http://www.kcconvention.com/cec.nsf/web/ccparking

Is the Show handicapped accessible?

Yes. Handicapped parking is available in the Barney Allis Plaza parking garage, and complimentary wheelchair rental is available at the entrance to the Show on a first come basis. A photo ID must be left when renting a wheelchair.

Is food and drink available at the show?

Yes, there are concession stands open in Bartle Hall, which serve a variety of food, snacks and drinks.

How long does it take to see the show?

Touring the show should take between two and four hours. However there are stage presentations all day, you may wish to stay longer to enjoy those also.
