Exhibit Rates for 2010
Retail Garden / Patio Products / Services
- 10' x 10' interior exhibit spaces are $600
- 10' x 10' corner exhibit spaces are $650
- 10' x 20' interior exhibit spaces are $1,200
- 10' x 20' one corner exhibit spaces are $1,250
- 10' x 20' two corners exhibit spaces are $1,300
- 10' x 30' interior exhibit spaces are $1,650
- 10' x 30' one corner exhibit spaces are $1,725
- 10' x 30' two corners exhibit spaces are $1,800
- 10' x 40' or 20' x 20' spaces are $2,300
- 20' x 30' spaces are $2,950
- 20' x 40' and more spaces are $4.50 per sq ft
Landscaping and Plant Sales*
- 20' x 20' spaces are $1,800
- 20' x 30' spaces are $3.75 per sq ft
* To qualify for the "landscaping and/or plant sales" rate, an exhibitor must either be in the landscaping business, landscape a minimum of 80% of the exhibit space, or must sell live plants, trees, bulbs or other living plant items in 80% of the assigned exhibit space.
Payment for Exhibit Space Includes
- Draping: An 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape, for smaller and connected spaces.
- I.D. Sign: A standard company identification sign, 7" x 44."
- Exhibitor Badges: Four (4) badges for every 100 square feet of exhibit space, up to 20 badges maximum.
- Complimentary Tickets: Ten (10) complimentary tickets for every 100 square feet of exhibit space, up to 25 tickets maximum.
- Listing: Company listing in the Show Program, if space is contracted before program is finalized.
Exhibitors are responsible for carpeting, tables and chairs within their exhibit spaces. Exhibitors can bring their own items, or rent them from the Show Decorator, George Fern Company. Electrical service and water service can be obtained from RF Fisher through the George Fern Service Kit on their website. Telephone and internet connections can be arranged for through Kemper Arena.
