* The Multiple Show Cost applies to exhibit spaces contracted for by exhibitors who currently have a valid contract for space in either the Kansas City Remodeling Show or the Metropolitan Lawn & Garden Show.

** To qualify for the "landscaping and / or nursery" rate, an exhibitor must either be in the landscaping business, landscape a minimum of 80% of the exhibit space, or must be selling live plants, trees, bulbs or other living plant items in 80% of the assigned exhibit space.

Payment for Exhibit Space Includes

• Draping: An 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape, for smaller and connected spaces.
• I.D. Sign: A standard company identification sign, 7" x 44."
• Exhibitor Badges: Four (4) badges for every 100 square feet of exhibit space, up to 20 badges maximum.
• Complimentary Tickets: Ten (10) complimentary tickets for every 100 square feet of exhibit space, up to 25 tickets maximum.
• Listing: Company listing in the Show Program, if space is contracted and paid for in full no later than December 1.

Main aisle carpeting will be provided in the Exhibit Hall. The Ballroom, Lobby, and lower level areas are fully-carpeted. If you are unsure if your exhibit area is carpeted, speak with your sales representative.

Exhibitors are responsible for carpeting, tables and chairs within their exhibit spaces. Exhibitors can bring their own items, or rent them from the Show Decorator, George Fern Company. Electrical service, telephone lines and water service can also be obtained through the facility on their website.
